About Inspiration Nutrition
Inspiration Nutrition is headed by Beth Schwartzman,
Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, self-proclaimed
foodie, and busy wife and mom. Her two young children
and spouse are three very picky eaters, so she understands how challenging
it can be to make fast, healthy choices for both her family and herself.
She has worked as a Registered Dietitian/Licensed Nutritionist for more than 14 years. Beth specializes in childhood diabetes, children with failure to thrive, developmental disorders and other growth issues. As a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) on staff at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Diabetes Center for Children,. she works with patients to best manage their diabetes and other related problems. She teaches them how to use insulin, check their blood sugar, understand their many medications and make the best nutrition choices.
Her experience also includes years of inpatient clinical work, giving her a strong foundation and understanding of how disease and illness can be impacted by nutrition. She has taught nutrition classes on topics such as heart health, weight loss and diabetes.
In her years of experience, Beth has worked with children and adults in hospitals, offices, gyms, schools, synagogues, churches, day cares, community centers and prisons. She has lectured, taught classes and worked one-on-one to reach one common goal: to learn about how to take the mystery and frustration out of how to eat well.
